There are two main reasons for the slow speed of the hydraulic cylinder when working, one is the cylinder itself, and the other is external reasons.
Own reason:
1. There is gas in the cylinder, which makes the substance in work produce polyurethane elastomer. Solution: check whether the diameter of the oil suction and delivery pipe of the hydraulic oil pump is very small, and whether the joint of the oil suction pipe is well sealed, so as to prevent the pump from sucking gas.
2. The sealing friction is too large. Solution: h8/f8 shall be selected for the mutual cooperation between the oil cylinder and the large guiding property, and the specification of the sealing ring shall be strictly produced and processed according to the specification; When selecting V-shaped sealing ring, the sealing friction should be adjusted to an appropriate level.
3. The dragging position of the hydraulic cylinder is seriously damaged, bruised and bitten.
External causes:
1. The bending stiffness of the actuating tissue is very small, resulting in the ductility system software. Solution: moderately increase the bending stiffness of relevant parts to reduce deformation.
2. The installation position of oil cylinder is improper. Solution: improve the quality of the assembly line of the hydraulic cylinder.
3. The static friction resistance and dynamic friction resistance between parts with relative speed are very different, that is, the sliding friction changes greatly.
