1. Precautions for disassembly

Before disassembling the engineering hydraulic cylinder, the pressure of the hydraulic circuit must be relieved first, otherwise when the oil pipe joint connected with the cylinder is loosened, the high-pressure oil in the circuit will be ejected in response to the pressure. Therefore, the pressure of the hydraulic circuit must be relieved first, and then the power supply or power source must be cut off. The disassembly can be carried out only after the hydraulic device stops running.

During disassembly, pay attention not to damage the piston rod, thread, inner wall of cylinder liner, etc. in order not to bend or deform the slender parts such as piston rod, skid can be used.

The disassembly of oil cylinders should be carried out in order. Remember not to reverse the order. Because there are many types of oil cylinders and their sizes are different, the corresponding disassembly order is also different. The basic order is to drain the oil in the oil cylinder first, then disassemble the cylinder head, and then disassemble the piston rod and piston plug. When disassembling the piston or piston rod, if it is difficult to extract the piston or piston rod, it cannot be forcibly extracted with brute force, which will damage or even damage the components. Find out the cause and then disassemble it.

Before and after disassembly, avoid the parts of the oil cylinder being polluted by dust or impurities, and try to operate in a clean environment. The disassembled parts should be covered with plastic cloth, not cotton cloth or other working cloth. At this time, these parts should also be checked in detail. Those that need to be repaired should be repaired, and those that need to be replaced should be replaced. They cannot be used.

2. Assembly precautions

Before assembly, the required parts should be cleaned and checked to confirm that there is no problem.

For each sealing device in the oil cylinder, it should be installed correctly with appropriate tightness. If it is too loose or too tight, its sealing effect will be affected, resulting in oil and gas leakage of the oil cylinder and loss of sealing effect.
